Every year there are billions of online piracy events worldwide harming creative artists across film, music and other creative genres. An industry that is historically neglected, GSF seeks to provide solutions fighting online piracy and create alternative investment vehicles providing much needed funding to creative content owners.

GSF provides litigation management services, where it leads and manages efforts to capture lost revenues from instances of infringement on copyright holder content libraries. GSF will retain attorneys, data management service providers and other necessary professionals in support of litigation efforts to drive successful outcomes for its clients. Furthermore, GSF will raise capital in support of litigation funding.
Additionally, GSF oversees ownership in multiple websites providing various services to the
many different parties involved in online piracy. GSF invests in websites offering monitoring services for media content owners looking to identify copyright infringement on a global scale.
Through its websites, when necessary, GSF guides copyright holders to a path of damage recovery no matter the global jurisdiction. GSF collects the data evidence of online piracy including the identities of the end users pirates themselves. Using various proprietary methods this data is housed at our data company Maker Data Services LLC. This stored data creates multiple revenue streams for GSF.

The family home foundation was built out of granite. During the late 1800's granite was quarried in Massachusetts and the company founder Tom's ancestors worked those granite quarries. They understood the value of a firm, strong foundation and passed that along to Tom.
The idea for Grove Street Funding was born in 2011 when it was determined by Tom that there was a need for a service in the digital media and copyright industry. Just as his ancestors of long ago provided a firm, strong base, GSF is offering strong foundational support from the perspective of creative online content and protection services.
Tom is the co-founder and CEO of Grove Street Funding Corp and Maker Data Services LLC. He has 15 years of data industry experience and over 30 years of investment industry experience.
Previous to GSF Tom was with Merrill Lynch & Co. as well as Oftring & Co. as a stockbroker and investment banker.
Tom coordinates targeted acquisitions and leads the current SEC registration efforts for Grove Street Funding, Inc.
Sue is the Treasurer of Grove Street Funding. She graduated from Suffolk Universities Sawyer School of Business Management. She has many additional certifications besides her degree, such as PMP, ITIL Foundations, and she is a Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications to name a few.
Sue has more than 30 years of business experience and is currently acting as the Managing Member for Grove Street Findings wholly owned subsidiary Maker Data Services dba One Click-Data.
Previous to GSF Sue was with EMC/Dell as a project leader for the high end storage platform division.
Elaine holds a master’s degree in Communication from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Wellesley College.
From 2013-2020, Elaine was Vice President of Foundation & Government Development at WETA in Washington DC, where she led a team raising more than $30 million a year for PBS NewsHour, Washington Week, the documentaries of Ken Burns and Henry Louis Gates, Jr., In Performance at the White House,
Prior to WETA, she was a Director in the Philanthropic Partnership Group at the Pew Charitable Trusts, developing strategic partnerships for civic, health, cultural and environmental initiatives.
Elaine also spent nearly a decade as Sr Program Manager at WGBH in Boston, the leading producer of content for the PBS system, where she secured funding for NOVA, Frontline, American Experience, numerous children’s programming and local initiatives, as well as radio and online projects.
She has also managed programs and raised funds for the arts, humanities, and STEM education at TERC, Arlington Center for the Arts, Freedom Trail Foundation, Massachusetts Cultural Alliance and Arts/Boston.
